Fractionova

Privacy Notice

Who is responsible for your information?

Fractionova is operated by Prabha Shankar, based in Egmore, Chennai, India. Prabha is responsible for the personal information handled through Fractionova’s websites and business enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email start@fnova.in and mark your message “Privacy”.

What this notice covers

This notice explains how Fractionova handles personal information when you visit fractionova.com, including its Motorsport page, visit fnova.in, or contact us about our services. A separate engagement agreement may explain additional arrangements for client work.

Information you share with us

When you submit an enquiry, we ask for your name, work email address, organisation, role and the decision you are trying to make. You may also provide relevant markets, timeframe, primary context, sector or area of interest, and a phone number. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending identity documents, financial account details or sensitive personal information unless we have agreed a suitable way to receive it.

How we use enquiry information

We use your information to acknowledge receipt, understand your question, assess whether Fractionova can assist, respond to you and discuss a possible engagement. The enquiry form sends your message to our business email. It does not enrol you in automated marketing or create a CRM record. Enquiry messages are not automatically sent to the Fractionova Intelligence Engine or another AI service for analysis or training. Any different handling required for an engagement will be discussed separately.

Who can access it

Prabha Shankar handles enquiries personally. Providers supporting our website and email may process information as needed to operate, secure and maintain those services. Our website is hosted through Yottasrc using cPanel. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to address misuse, protect rights or resolve a dispute. We do not share an enquiry with potential commercial partners simply because you have contacted us.

Website records and usage statistics

Our hosting service maintains technical website records and provides usage statistics through cPanel. Depending on its configuration, those records may include an IP address, requested pages, access times, referring pages and browser or device information. We use relevant records to operate the website, understand usage and investigate errors or misuse. We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a separate visitor-tracking service to this release. The enquiry form also uses a keyed hash of the submitting IP address, submission times and request identifiers to limit abuse and duplicate submissions. It does not store enquiry text in these control files. Inactive control files are removed through a daily cleanup task after 48 hours.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website’s page code and enquiry form do not set cookies or use browser local storage. We have not added advertising cookies, analytics scripts or social-media tracking pixels. Fonts and graphics are served with the website. LinkedIn links open the external service rather than embedding its widgets. Hosting infrastructure may maintain separate technical records as described above. We will update this notice and provide any required choices before introducing optional tracking technologies.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an active discussion and maintain relevant business records. We review whether correspondence is still needed and delete information that no longer serves those purposes, unless retention is required for a legal obligation or dispute. Client records follow the applicable engagement and record-keeping arrangements. Deleting an email from an active mailbox does not necessarily remove provider logs or existing backup copies immediately; those are managed separately through the hosting and email services.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to provide optional details. Without the information needed to understand and respond to your enquiry, we may be unable to assist. You can ask us about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us to stop following up. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we cannot fulfil a request in full, we will explain why. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Security and service locations

Our websites use HTTPS to protect information in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to the people and service providers who need it for the purposes described above. Hosting and email delivery can involve infrastructure and providers in countries other than your own. No internet or email service can guarantee absolute security. Contact start@fnova.in with questions about the handling of your information.

External websites and changes to this notice

When you follow an external link, such as LinkedIn, that service handles your information under its own privacy notice. We may update this notice when our services or information-handling arrangements change. The published page will show its effective date. For questions or concerns, contact Prabha Shankar at start@fnova.in.
